Composite Ads. ~ Don't confuse with Shop Hop Ads
Composite ads are single ads for more than one business. This is permissible under the following guidelines:
  1. The businesses are in the same city or area
  2. The businesses are owned by the same persons but are located on more than one site.

NOTE! The Maximum number of papers for a composite ad is 300.Extra work required to produce composite ads may result in extra charges for these ads.
Composite ads DO NOT quality for the Seventh ad 1/2 price incentive.
Composite ad MUST be organized by the participants in the ad, with one main contact person responsible for all ads. In addition, ALL material AND CHECKS MUST be mailed in one packet! NO EXCEPTIONS! Ads may be emailed separately, but no work will be done on ads until payment is received for all.
Shop Hop–Multi-Store–Multi-Location Event Ads
These ads are listings of several stores in one ad. Listing contains Store Name, City and Telephone Number Only. Businesses with Past Due Accounts are NOT allowed in these ads.
Maximum number of businesses per ad for ad size: 1–4 = Qtr Pg. 5–10 = Half Pg. 11–16 = 10x10.
Call for complete details. Papers are not generally included with these ads.

Advertising Specifications

Electronic files can be provided in one of the following file types:
  1. JPG (saved with the highest quality compression setting. If your software doesn't allow you to adjust the compression quality, it's most likely too low.)
  2. PDF (saved using compression settings of 200-300dpi for bitmap images and 600dpi for lineart and text)
  3. TIF

We can open most any file type such as .doc, .docx and .pub, although things have been known to "shift". We work on Mac's so our preferred file is PDF. But we will try to open whatever you send us. Please make sure to embed fonts as we might not have the same as you. If fonts aren't embedded, we generally use Century Old Style as we feel it is a good, all around font. We also don't use any type size less than 10pt.

Filenames need the proper three letter extension at the end of the name: For example: if your file is named "Ad" and is saved as a PDF file, your final file name should be "Ad.pdf" (this example applies to .tif, .eps, .jpg, .bmp, etc...) Files should be saved at 300dpi.
